About import taxes

All pieces are shipped to practically every country in the world, but you may need to collect additional local taxes from your country's border control in order to release the piece. This process takes place when the package arrives in your country and customs examines it. Local government tax is not included in the shipping rates shown at checkout.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
All sales are final, so choose carefully.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in its original unopened packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain period of days.

Items eligible for returns and refunds

Only items sold in perfect condition and without [OTHER MATERIAL] or [DEFFECTIVE PIECE] indications are eligible for returns and refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transportation. All sales are final. Please choose carefully.

Cancellations

Our pieces are limited and exclusive. If you wish to cancel your order, you will be charged a cancellation fee of US$ 20

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are sending an item over US$ 75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot offer a return or refund if the package is lost in transit
If we have agreed to cover the return freight for a part damaged during transportation, the maximum refund granted will be US$40. If packages are sent back with STANDARD shipping, the shipping cost should be below this price.

 

Returned parcels


If your package has problems during transit (customs) and is returned, we will try to send the package a second time.

If your package has been returned to us in Brazil due to a collection failure at the Post Office, we will contact you as soon as it has been returned to us; the new postage fee will be covered by the customer.

Security


All orders on our site may be subject to a security check.

If a security flag is raised, regardless of the price of the item, the order will have to go through a security check.

To carry out the security check, we will contact you by email and ask you for three forms of identification to verify the sale.
- A photo of your driver's license with your name and address, which matches the name and address on the order.
- A photo of the card used in the order with the last 4 numbers of the card visible in the photo.
- A photo of you holding a handwritten card with today's date and the name of the items you bought.

 

Currencies at the time of purchase

The prices shown on the site are all in USD. If the currency in your country is different, it will be changed at checkout at the time of your purchase, either via paypal or credit card.
